FENLIANDI TOV ("Fenliandi", "we") organises building projects, trades timber, building materials and sanitary equipment wholesale, buys and sells its own real estate, and manages real estate on a fee or contract basis. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

Performance of contracts, legal obligations (property, housing and tax law), legitimate interests (building security).

Notaries, banks, utility providers, maintenance contractors. We do not sell personal data.

You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
